PRELIMINARY STATEMENT

This document sets out the full agreement between SoloTrueJobs.com LLC and every Applicant who seeks to become a Verified Job Seeker. It governs your relationship with the platform from the moment you click "I agree" through verification and into your life as a Verified Job Seeker. It works alongside the Master Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. Where this document and the Master Terms differ on a matter specific to Job Seekers, this document controls.

I. ACCEPTANCE AND SCOPE

By creating an account on SoloTrueJobs.com and submitting your profile for verification, you agree to everything in this document, in the Master Terms of Service, and in the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account.

These Terms (the "Job Seeker Terms") govern Your relationship with the SoloTrueJobs.com platform from the moment You create an account through Your use of the platform as a Verified Job Seeker. They are incorporated by reference into the SoloTrueJobs.com Master Terms of Service (the "Master Terms") and, together with the Master Terms and the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between You and SoloTrueJobs.com LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("SoloTrueJobs.com," "we," "us," or "our").

A. Applicant and Verified Job Seeker Stages

When you create an account, you are an Applicant, not yet a Job Seeker. You become a Verified Job Seeker only after verification completes and you accept the verification report. Until then, you have no platform access beyond your own profile and our verification messages. The agreement binds you from the moment you click "I agree," but the Job Seeker rights and benefits exist only once you are verified.

These Terms recognize two stages of the User's relationship with SoloTrueJobs.com:

(a) Applicant: a natural person who has created an account, accepted these Terms, purchased a Package (or redeemed a free Package), and submitted a profile for verification, but who has not yet completed verification and accepted the verification report under Part III.C. An Applicant has agreed to these Terms in advance, in contemplation of becoming a Verified Job Seeker, but is not yet a Verified Job Seeker. During the Applicant stage the User has only the limited platform access described in Part II.A.

(b) Verified Job Seeker: an Applicant whose verification has been completed by the Verification Partners and who has affirmatively accepted the verification report under Part III.C. A Verified Job Seeker has full platform access subject to these Terms and the Master Terms.

Where these Terms refer to "You," the reference applies to the User in whichever stage they currently occupy, except where context or an explicit qualifier requires otherwise. Rights and benefits specific to Verified Job Seekers, including the No Match Refund in Part XII, exist only for Verified Job Seekers.

By clicking "I agree" at account creation, You represent that You are at least eighteen (18) years old, have legal capacity to enter this agreement, and have read and understood these Terms, the Master Terms, and the Privacy Policy. We record the date, time, and IP address of Your acceptance and the versions of the Master Terms and the Privacy Policy You accepted.

B. Applicants Who Do Not Become Verified Job Seekers

If verification fails because of a material misrepresentation, or you walk away mid process, the agreement ends and the verification portion of your package stays with us. We did the work; the work was paid for. If you simply take your time to accept the report, your account stays open; there is no deadline, but your first month of access starts 60 days after your purchase if your verification is not complete by then (Part II.B).

If You do not become a Verified Job Seeker because verification reveals material misrepresentation, because You decline to accept the verification report, or because You voluntarily abandon the process, the agreement under these Terms terminates without further obligation by SoloTrueJobs.com. The verification portion of Your Package fee is retained as compensation for the verification work performed and is not refunded. No subscription fee is charged before the earlier of the two days in Part II.B, and no account is closed merely because a report has not yet been accepted.

C. Relationship to the Master Terms

Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with the Master Terms on a matter specific to Job Seekers, these Terms control. On all other matters, including dispute resolution, governing law, intellectual property, indemnification, and limitation of liability, the Master Terms control. Capitalized terms used and not defined in these Terms, including "You," "Your," "User," and "Platform," have the meanings given in the Master Terms.

D. Fairness Commitment

Wherever these Terms give us discretion, we use it in good faith and with active fairness: we make each call as if we were reviewing our own claim, with genuine consideration of your perspective, and where genuine doubt exists we resolve it in your favor. This is the principle behind every clause of this agreement. It is the reason this platform exists.

Wherever these Terms grant SoloTrueJobs.com discretion to make a determination (including whether to grant a refund, whether a verification finding stands following a revision claim, or any other matter), that discretion shall be exercised in good faith and with active fairness. "Active fairness" means that SoloTrueJobs.com makes each determination as if reviewing its own claim, considers the User's perspective and circumstances, and, where genuine doubt exists on the facts available to it, resolves that doubt in the User's favor. This commitment governs how SoloTrueJobs.com decides. It does not assure any particular outcome, does not create a warranty, and does not apply where a breach is unambiguous on its face (for example, a chargeback against a successful charge or a verified false credential), in which case the rule applies as written.

II. ACCOUNT CREATION, VERIFICATION, ACTIVATION, AND AVAILABILITY OF PAID SERVICE

Creating an account means completing your profile in full and submitting it for verification. Your profile is not active, and the platform is not visible to you beyond your own profile and our verification messages, until verification is complete and you accept the report.

Account creation occurs in three stages: (a) initial registration with a unique email address and password, (b) profile completion, in which You provide all information required by the platform's onboarding flow truthfully and accurately, and (c) purchase or redemption of a Package and submission of the completed profile for verification through trusted external partners designated by SoloTrueJobs.com from time to time.

A. Verified or Invisible Rule

While we verify you, you can see your own profile and our messages, nothing else. The platform stays closed to you until you accept your report. And a permanent rule applies before, during, and after verification: you will never see another job seeker's profile. SoloTrueJobs.com is not a social network.

From submission of the profile for verification until You accept the verification report under Part III.C, Your account is in a "pending" state. During this period You may access only (i) Your own profile, (ii) communications from SoloTrueJobs.com concerning the verification process, and (iii) once the verification report is delivered, the result for each item together with the in platform interface for accepting the report. You may not browse roles, send or receive messages, or interact with the platform in any other way, and Your profile is not visible to any Recruiter, Agency, or Business. Full functionality is unlocked only upon Your acceptance of the verification report and activation of Your profile.

A separate, permanent rule applies in addition to and independently of the pending state restrictions: Job Seekers do not see other Job Seekers' profiles at any time, under any circumstance. The platform exposes no path by which a Job Seeker can view, search for, or otherwise access the profile of another Job Seeker. SoloTrueJobs.com is not a professional network or social platform; its only purpose is to connect Job Seekers to the Recruiters and Businesses that post roles.

B. Membership Clock

Your paid time on the platform does not start counting until you have accepted the verification report and your profile is activated, or until 60 days after your purchase if you have not accepted it by then. You do not lose paid days during verification or any revision claim within those 60 days.

Your month one of included access, Your subscription billing cycle, and every membership period clock (including the qualifying window for the No Match Refund in Part XII) commence on the day You accept the verification report and Your profile is activated under Part III.C, or sixty (60) days after Your purchase if Your verification is not complete by then, not on the day You created the account, paid for a Package, or submitted the profile for verification. No paid time is consumed while verification or a revision claim is in progress during those sixty (60) days. For this purpose Your verification is complete when You accept the verification report.

C. One Person, One Account

You are one person. Verification is keyed to your real identity, not to your email, phone, name spelling, or device. The account you create is the only Job Seeker account you will ever have. Trying to create a second account is identity fraud, and the platform refuses to host it.

Verification under Part III is keyed to Your verified real world identity, not to Your email address, phone number, name spelling, device, IP address, or any other credential. Each natural person is permitted exactly one Job Seeker account. Where SoloTrueJobs.com finds an attempt to create a second account under any new email, phone number, name, or other credentials, the second account is shut down immediately and the matter is treated as identity fraud regardless of intent: no refund of any fee paid, no access to the platform, and the verified identity is barred from SoloTrueJobs.com going forward under any identity, as set forth in Part IX.

RULE: Verification is keyed to your real identity. Any attempt to create a second account is shut down immediately. No refund. No access. The bar is permanent.

D. Permanent Contact Details

Use a permanent email and phone; they are tied to your verified identity.

You shall maintain a permanent and current primary email address and phone number on Your profile.

E. Legal Name and Identity Document Changes

If your legal name or other government issued identity information changes, you ask us through the Contact Us form to update your existing profile. You do not open a new account. There is no fee for the update.

Where Your legal name or other government issued identity information changes during the lifetime of Your account, by reason of marriage, divorce, court order, gender transition, citizenship change, or any other lawful basis, You shall ask us through the Contact Us form to update the existing profile and provide either (a) a current government issued identity document reflecting the change or (b) the legal document creating the change. SoloTrueJobs.com will re verify the change through its designated verification partners and update Your profile and report; the membership clock, application history, and all other account level data continue uninterrupted. There is no fee for an identity document update. Using a name or identity change as cover to open a second account is identity fraud and is treated under Part II.C.

F. Residence Representation and Geographic Gate

Paid packages are available only in the states where paid job seeker packages are currently offered, as shown at checkout. You tell us your state when you sign up. If your state is not one where we currently offer paid packages, the purchase stops before payment, you get the free profile at no charge, and you are first in line when paid service opens in your state. If the billing address on your card turns out to be in a state where we do not offer paid packages, the payment is refunded and the plan is cancelled automatically. If you misstate your residence to get around the check, we refund what you paid for access, keep the verification portion if the work was done, and close the account. The free tier and the waitlist are open everywhere.

Paid Job Seeker Packages and the monthly access subscription are offered only to natural persons who reside in a state where paid Job Seeker Packages are currently offered, as shown at checkout (an "Offered State"). SoloTrueJobs.com maintains the list of Offered States as a configuration setting and may add or remove a state at any time; a removal does not affect a subscription already in effect, which runs to the end of its paid period.

(a) Residence representation. You declare Your state of residence when You create Your account, and You confirm it at purchase. You represent that the state You declare is the state in which You actually reside and that You are not purchasing on behalf of, or for use by, any other person. SoloTrueJobs.com relies on that representation.

(b) The check at purchase. A declared state that is not an Offered State blocks the purchase before payment. The billing address of Your payment method is collected by our payment processor after You submit the purchase; where the billing state is not an Offered State, the payment is refunded and the plan is cancelled automatically, and SoloTrueJobs.com keeps a record of the refund holding only the state and country of the billing address. A Job Seeker whose purchase is blocked or refunded receives a free profile at no charge (a profile held on the platform, not visible to any Posting Party until verified), and a Job Seeker whose declared state is not an Offered State holds first in line status for paid service in that state if and when it is offered. SoloTrueJobs.com may decline any purchase it cannot reconcile.

(c) Misrepresentation. If SoloTrueJobs.com determines that You misrepresented Your residence to obtain paid service, it will refund all access fees paid (month one is treated as included in the verification portion and is not refunded separately; any subscription fees and any bundle fee are refunded in full), retain the verification portion of the Package fee only if the verification work was performed, and close the account. Closure under this paragraph is not an enforcement closure for purposes of Part IX and does not by itself bar the identity from re registering from an Offered State.

(d) Moving. If You move to a state that is not an Offered State, You shall tell us through the Contact Us form, and we update Your residence. Your current paid period runs to its end; no further subscription charge is made while You reside outside the Offered States, and Your account moves to the inactive state in Part X.C with Your verification record preserved.

(e) Free tier, waitlist, free launch Packages. The free tier and the waitlist are available to residents of every United States jurisdiction. Free launch Packages under Part XVI.B are available only to residents of an Offered State, and their redemption runs through the same check as a purchase.

III. VERIFICATION AND THE VERIFICATION REPORT

Identity, work history, education, and any professional licenses. Plus your phone number and email. Never criminal history. Here is the rule in exactly the words we want every user to read.

SoloTrueJobs.com verification confirms identity (government issued identification, selfie, and liveness check, performed by our designated identity verification partner) and credentials (work history, education, and professional licenses, performed by our designated credential verification partner). SoloTrueJobs.com never requests, obtains, or reviews criminal history searches of any kind. Verification is not an investigation of character or history, is not an endorsement of any person's safety, character, or suitability, and is not a substitute for any screening an employer is required or chooses to perform. Hiring decisions, and any criminal or other screening associated with them, remain exclusively between the hiring company and the candidate.

RULE: No criminal history searches, ever, at any tier. Verification is not a safety endorsement. It confirms who you are and what your credentials are, nothing more.

Verification is performed by trusted external partners designated by SoloTrueJobs.com from time to time and covers, according to the Package purchased: (a) government issued identity, confirmed by the identity verification partner through document check, selfie capture, and liveness detection, from which SoloTrueJobs.com reads and keeps only the result and reference numbers; (b) work history You have entered (employers, role titles, dates), for the last five (TRUE5), seven (TRUE7), or ten (TRUE10) years; (c) education You have entered (highest degree for TRUE5 and TRUE7; last two degrees for TRUE10); (d) professional licenses and certifications You have entered (licensing body, license number, status, expiration); (e) Your primary contact email; and (f) Your phone number.

If a credential, employer, or license cannot be verified through our designated partners (for example, because an institution has closed, an employer's records cannot be located, or a licensing database is inaccessible), SoloTrueJobs.com may, in its discretion exercised under Part I.D: (i) accept alternative documentation You provide, (ii) verify the item through a different partner, or (iii) decline to verify the item. An item that cannot be verified is removed from Your active profile. Items declined because of evidence of falsification are handled under Part III.C(d).

A. Verification Report

After verification, you get a copy of the full report. It belongs to you. You can download it, save it, take it anywhere.

Upon completion of verification, our credential verification partner makes a copy of the full verification report available to You, the same report we use to confirm Your profile's authenticity. The verification report is Your property. You may download, save, share, and use it outside the platform without restriction.

B. Package Fee

Your package pays for the verification work and includes month one of access. The verification portion is never refunded. Verification is real work, and that work has been paid for.

The Package fee (TRUE5 $99.00; TRUE7 $129.00; TRUE10 $149.00) is payable at purchase and prior to commencement of the verification work. The Package fee buys the verification work performed by our designated partners and includes month one of platform access following activation. The verification portion of the Package fee is non refundable in all circumstances once the verification work has begun, including account closure for any reason, failure of one or more verification items, Your decision not to accept the report, the outcome of any revision claim, or eligibility for the No Match Refund. The only exception is Part II.F(c) and Part III.D, where verification work was never performed.

RULE: The verification portion of your package is never refunded once the work begins. No exceptions.

C. Acceptance, Revision Claims, and Disputes

After your report is delivered, you accept it or file a revision claim. There is no deadline for either. The report is the source of truth; we trust our partners. When you accept, the platform unlocks within 24 hours and your clocks start, or they start 60 days after your purchase if your verification is not complete by then (Part II.B). If you dispute the accuracy of a finding, the partner that produced it re examines it under its own process, and nothing on your account moves while that is open. If we ever intend to close an account because of a verification discrepancy, we give you 7 days notice first so you can dispute it.

Upon completion of the verification work, our credential verification partner makes a copy of the full verification report available to You, and the platform shows You the result for each item. The report's contents constitute the authorized representation of Your verified credentials. SoloTrueJobs.com trusts the work of its designated verification partners and operates on the presumption that the report is accurate.

(a) Acceptance. You may accept the report as accurate at any time by clicking the in platform acceptance confirmation. There is no deadline. Upon acceptance, full platform access is granted within twenty four (24) hours, and Your month one of included access and all subscription clocks commence on the day of acceptance, or sixty (60) days after Your purchase if Your verification is not complete by then, as Part II.B provides.

(b) Revision claims. You may file a revision claim at any time, before or after acceptance, through the Contact Us form or at support@solotruejobs.com, identifying each finding disputed and the basis. SoloTrueJobs.com acknowledges receipt within five (5) business days. A revision claim filed before acceptance keeps Your account in the pending state; a revision claim filed after acceptance does not interrupt Your access.

(c) Accuracy disputes go to the partner. A dispute about the accuracy or completeness of a finding is referred to the partner that produced it and is handled under that partner's reinvestigation process, which ordinarily completes within thirty (30) days of the dispute (forty five (45) days where You submit additional supporting documents during the reinvestigation). While a dispute is open, no closure, hold, or other adverse step is taken on the basis of the disputed finding, no paid time is consumed if Your account is pending within the sixty (60) days in Part II.B, and the disputed item is not displayed as verified. The partner's corrected or confirmed finding is adopted, and SoloTrueJobs.com's determination based on it is made in good faith and with active fairness under Part I.D. Where a revision claim succeeds, the finding is corrected; no compensation, credit, or extension is provided, because correction of a finding is the system functioning as designed.

(d) Pre closure notice for verification discrepancies. Where SoloTrueJobs.com intends to close an account because of a discrepancy between Your submission and the partner's records that indicates material misrepresentation, it first sends You written notice identifying the discrepancy and the information relied on, together with a link to the partner's own candidate page where You can read the report, and waits at least seven (7) calendar days before finalizing closure. During that period You may file a dispute under (c), which pauses the closure until the dispute is resolved. If the discrepancy is confirmed, the account is closed under Part IX with the standard closure consequences.

D. Biometric Consent

Identity verification uses a selfie and a liveness check. Before capture, you see a written notice and give written consent (an electronic signature counts). The biometric data stays with the identity partner and is destroyed on its schedule.

Identity verification requires the capture of a selfie image and a liveness check, from which our designated identity verification partner derives a facial geometry template for the sole purpose of confirming that the person presenting the identification document is the person pictured in it. Before capture, You will be shown a written notice stating that biometric data will be collected, the purpose, and the retention period, and You will be asked for Your written consent, which may be given by electronic signature. You may decline, in which case verification cannot proceed and, where no verification work has been performed, the Package fee is refunded. Biometric data is retained by the identity verification partner only as long as needed for the verification purpose and under the partner's published retention schedule, and is then permanently destroyed.

E. Data Architecture Statement

Government identification images, biometric data, and Social Security numbers are captured directly by, transmitted directly to, and retained at our designated verification partners. They are never stored on SoloTrueJobs.com systems. SoloTrueJobs.com stores Your account credentials, Your profile data, and verification status flags only. The Privacy Policy names the partners and describes each party's role.

IV. PROFILE CONTENT

Your profile is your real story: verified credentials, real work history, real skills. Every Job Seeker profile on SoloTrueJobs.com follows the exact same canonical layout. Same fields, same order, every time. Recruiters always know where to look.

Your profile must reflect Your real, verified credentials and work history. Every Job Seeker profile follows the canonical profile schema in this Part. Misrepresentation, embellishment, or invention of credentials is grounds for closure under Part III.C(d) and Part IX.

A. Canonical Profile Schema

Every Job Seeker profile shows the same fields in the same order, every time. A recruiter scanning 50 profiles does not have to learn a new layout for each one.

Every Job Seeker profile shall include, in the following canonical order, the fields below. The platform's profile rendering interface enforces the order; it may not be modified by the Job Seeker or any third party.

1. Verified legal name. Your first name and the initial of Your last name, from the legal name confirmed through identity verification under Part III.

2. Current location. Your city and state or region, as entered at signup or updated thereafter.

3. Verified work history. Each verified position, with verified employer name, role title, and start and end dates.

4. Verified education. Each verified educational credential, with institution, degree or certification, and date conferred.

5. Verified professional licenses. Professional licenses confirmed through verification, with license type, issuing authority, date issued, and expiration date where one is recorded.

6. Skills and focus areas. Self reported. Not externally verified.

C. Purpose of the Canonical Schema

The canonical schema is a structural feature of the platform, not a design preference. It exists to eliminate inconsistency of presentation. SoloTrueJobs.com may add, remove, or reorder fields from time to time with notice under Part XVII. The principle that every profile follows one canonical layout is permanent.

E. Honesty and Accuracy

Be precise: what verification confirms is what gets posted. If your profile says 2018 and the registrar says 2017, the registrar wins and the item is not shown as verified, unless you dispute it and the registrar corrects it. Take the time to get it right the first time.

By submitting Your profile for verification, You affirm that all information provided is, to the best of Your knowledge, accurate and complete. You acknowledge that the verification report is the authorized representation of Your verified credentials and that any discrepancy between Your submission and the partners' records is resolved in favor of the partners' records, subject to the dispute process in Part III.C(c). Material misrepresentation identified during verification or after activation is handled under Part III.C(d) and, if confirmed, results in closure under Part IX.

F. Verifiable Content Only

Do not put work or education on your profile if no one can confirm it. If you worked cash, off the books, or for an employer with no records, leave it off; it cannot be verified, so it does not count. If you worked somewhere as a contractor and later as an employee, list both periods separately, because both are separately verifiable. The rule is not "list everything you have done." It is "list what we can confirm."

You shall include in Your profile only credentials, work history, and educational records that can be corroborated by external records held by employers, schools, licensing bodies, or other recognized institutions. Where You held distinct roles at the same employer (for example, a period as an independent contractor followed by a period as an employee), list each period distinctly with its own dates, title, and employment type. Items that cannot be verified through external records will not be reflected as verified on Your active profile.

V. PRICING AND BILLING

One package price at signup covers verification and month one. From month 2, $35 a month, cancel anytime. Add the $20 bundle at purchase and months 2 and 3 are prepaid; the bundle is never refunded and it waives the No Match Refund.

A. Standard Pricing

Job Seeker pricing consists of two components:

(a) The Package. TRUE5 $99.00, TRUE7 $129.00, or TRUE10 $149.00, paid once at purchase. The Package buys the verification work described in Part III and includes month one of platform access following activation. No subscription fee is charged during month one.

(b) Monthly access from month two. Thirty five United States dollars (US$35.00) per month, beginning at the start of month two following activation (or under Part II.B), billed in advance for each upcoming month under Part V.F, and continuing month to month until cancelled under Part X. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period then in progress.

You just paid for verification, real work performed by real partners. Month one of access lets You explore what You are getting, search verified roles, finish Your profile, and start applying without a second charge at signup. Starting month two, You pay for the value You are receiving on an ongoing basis.

B. The Bundle

At purchase, and only at purchase, you can add $20 to your package. That covers months 2 and 3 of access in one prepaid price ($20 instead of $70). The bundle is never refunded, and choosing it waives the No Match Refund, because you are getting the discount in exchange for the commitment. After month 3, monthly access continues at $35 until you cancel.

At the time of Package purchase, and only then, You may elect the bundle for an additional twenty United States dollars (US$20.00), prepaid with the Package. The bundle covers platform access for months two and three following activation in lieu of the monthly fee under Part V.A(b). The bundle does not change the verification work, the report, or activation. The bundle is non refundable in all circumstances, including cancellation, closure, failure of a verification item, or circumstances that would otherwise satisfy the No Match Refund, and by electing it You waive eligibility for the No Match Refund for the qualifying window. You may cancel at any time during the bundle period; cancellation prevents conversion to monthly billing but does not refund the bundle, and Your access runs to the end of month three.

RULE: The bundle is $20 at purchase, covers months 2 and 3, is never refunded, and waives the No Match Refund. You are committing in exchange for the discount.

C. No Annual Plans

Annual subscription plans are not offered to Job Seekers. Job Seeker access is monthly under Part V.A or the bundle under Part V.B. We do not expect You to need the platform for a year.

D. Renewal and Conversion

Your first month is included in your package. Monthly access then continues until you cancel, and cancelling is no harder than signing up. You agree to the $35 recurring charge separately at checkout. If you came in on a free package, you agree to the recurring charge at checkout.

Your first month is included in Your verification fee. Your plan then continues month to month at the price shown at checkout, charged to Your payment method on file, until You cancel. We ask for Your separate agreement to the recurring charge at checkout. You may cancel at any time from Your account under Part X; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period You have paid for, and no further amounts are charged. Cancelling is no harder than signing up. If You received a free Package, the same monthly terms apply from Your second month, and You will be asked for Your agreement to the recurring charge at checkout. Before You agree to the recurring charge we disclose, clearly and conspicuously and next to the request for agreement, that access continues until cancelled, the amount and frequency of the charge, the length of each renewal term, and how to cancel.

E. Taxes, Currency, and Payment Methods

All fees are stated in United States dollars and exclude applicable sales, use, or similar taxes, which You are responsible for. Payment is accepted by major credit and debit card and other methods supported by the platform. By providing payment information You authorize SoloTrueJobs.com, through its payment processor, to charge the applicable fees to Your designated method, and You agree to keep that method current for the duration of Your subscription.

F. Forward Billing and Failed Payments

Billing is forward: you pay for the month ahead. If your card is declined, the account goes on hold right away. Coming back means paying the missed charge. Keeping your payment method working is your job.

Subscription charges are billed in advance for the upcoming month. Where a scheduled charge fails for any reason, the following applies regardless of fault:

(a) Immediate hold. Your account is placed on hold: searching and viewing roles, applying, and changing Your profile are closed to You until the charge is paid.

(b) Restoration. Access is restored when the missed charge is paid.

(c) Closure for non payment. If the account remains unpaid thirty (30) calendar days after the failed charge, it becomes inactive under Part X.C, with Your verification record preserved. Non payment alone is not an enforcement closure under Part IX and does not bar the identity.

(d) Your payment method is Your responsibility. SoloTrueJobs.com sends the notices required by applicable law and does not otherwise monitor expiration dates or Your bank's policies.

(e) Bank disputes. A dispute about whether Your bank declined a charge in error or imposed a fee is between You and Your bank.

(f) Distinct from chargebacks. This Part covers charges that never processed. A chargeback against a charge that did process is governed by Part XI.

VI. MATCHING

When you search the platform, you see the roles in your area or matching your search terms whose hard requirements your verified credentials satisfy. The Apply button appears only next to roles where your verified credentials satisfy the hard requirements. If they do not, the role is not in your search results; if you reach it another way, no Apply button appears and the system will not let you submit an application.

When You search the platform as a Verified Job Seeker, the search engine returns the roles within Your search scope whose hard requirements Your verified credentials satisfy. The Apply button, the platform's only application path, appears only on roles whose hard requirements are satisfied by Your verified credentials. A role You reach another way and do not satisfy shows no Apply button. Roles are visible only to Verified Job Seekers; no roles are visible to a User in the pending state.

A. Definition of a Match

Throughout these Terms, "Match" and "qualified Match" refer to a role You were eligible to apply for: a role open to applications whose hard requirements Your verified credentials satisfy. A Match is not an interview, a hire, or any other outcome.

B. System Enforcement of the Match

The platform exposes one path for applying to a role: the Apply button. It appears only where Your verified credentials satisfy the role's hard requirements as posted. Where it does not appear, no application path exists, and SoloTrueJobs.com provides no alternate path, exception process, or manual review. The only exception is a role specific Invitation to Apply sent by the Posting Party under Part VII.C.

C. Hard Requirements

Recruiters, Agencies, and Businesses define the hard requirements for each role they post. SoloTrueJobs.com does not modify or interpret those requirements; the matching engine applies them as posted. The matching engine applies posted hard requirements to verified credentials; it does not rank, score, or recommend candidates on any other basis. A role with broadly stated hard requirements may display an Apply button to a wider pool; this is a feature of the platform and is not grounds for complaint by either side.

VII. PERMITTED AND PROHIBITED PLATFORM FUNCTIONS

Most platforms try to do everything. SoloTrueJobs.com deliberately does not. This Part names what the platform refuses to host, and how the small set of things it does do actually work.

A. Prohibited Platform Functions

The platform exposes no path, technical or otherwise, by which the following can occur:

(a) Job Seeker to Job Seeker contact of any kind. Job Seekers do not see, search for, view, or message other Job Seekers at any time. SoloTrueJobs.com is not a professional network or social platform.

(b) Job Seeker initiated messaging. Job Seekers cannot send the first message to a Recruiter or Business. The application is Your signal of interest. Once the Posting Party has accepted the application for interview, or has sent You an Invitation to Apply, an in platform messaging channel opens.

(c) Applications outside the matching architecture. There is no application path other than the Apply button and the Invitation to Apply.

B. Permitted Platform Functions

Within the architecture above, You may: (a) apply to roles for which the Apply button appears, which constitutes Your representation that Your profile is current and accurate as of the application, and You may not apply under a false identity, for another person, or by automated means; (b) receive and respond to outreach from Posting Parties, whose first contact with You is one of two: accepting Your application for interview, or a role specific Invitation to Apply; and (c) receive an Invitation to Apply under Part VII.C.

C. Invitation to Apply

A recruiter or business that wants to talk to you about a role you did not qualify for can send an invitation. Accept it by applying, or leave it unanswered. Either way, it is private and not tracked publicly.

A Posting Party who wishes to consider You for a role You have not applied to may send a single, role specific Invitation to Apply, which opens a one time application path for that role only. You may accept by applying, or leave it unanswered; no explanation is required. Invitations are private between the inviting party and You.

IX. ENFORCEMENT AGAINST JOB SEEKERS

Where these Terms provide for closure under this Part, Your account is permanently closed. No refund of the current month. No reactivation. No second account. The verified identity is barred from SoloTrueJobs.com going forward under any identity.

X. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Cancel anytime, online, in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for, and nothing bills after that. No refunds on months already started, on the verification portion of your package, or on the bundle. The one exception is the No Match Refund in Part XII.

A. No Refunds Except as Stated

SoloTrueJobs.com does not refund any subscription fee for a month already begun, the verification portion of any Package, the bundle, or any other amount paid, except as expressly provided in Part II.F(c) (residence misrepresentation), Part III.D (biometric consent declined before any work), Part XII (No Match Refund), and the Master Terms. Verification done is verification paid for; access begun is access paid for.

B. Cancellation Procedure

You may cancel monthly access at any time through Your account settings, by the same online means You used to subscribe, or through the Contact Us form. Cancellation is effective at the end of the paid period then in progress. No notice period applies, no further charge is made after cancellation, and no cancellation is refused or delayed. We confirm every cancellation by email.

C. Access Through the Paid Period; Inactive Accounts

Following cancellation You retain full access through the last day of the period You have paid for. On the following day Your account becomes inactive: You may still sign in, see Your profile, and read and answer Your messages; searching and viewing roles, applying, and changing Your profile are closed to You until You resume monthly access. An inactive account is not an enforcement closure. Your verification record is preserved for ninety (90) days, during which You may reactivate by resuming monthly access from an Offered State. After ninety (90) days the account and profile data is deleted as the Privacy Policy describes, and a return requires a new Package.

D. Bundle Non Refundable

The bundle in Part V.B is non refundable in all circumstances. Cancellation during the bundle period prevents conversion to monthly access; access runs to the end of month three.

XI. CHARGEBACKS

If you reverse a legitimate charge with your bank instead of cancelling through the platform, your account is closed. If a charge is actually wrong, tell us first and we will fix it; a chargeback we agree was justified is not a violation.

If You dispute a charge with Your bank or card issuer, or cancel Your payment method to avoid a charge, instead of cancelling through the platform under Part X, and the charge was made in accordance with these Terms, Your account is permanently closed upon notice of the chargeback, with the consequences in Part IX. A chargeback is not a violation where the charge was not authorized by these Terms, where You first raised the charge with SoloTrueJobs.com and it was not corrected within ten (10) business days, or where SoloTrueJobs.com, deciding under Part I.D, concludes that the dispute was raised in good faith. This rule applies equally to every User type.

RULE: A chargeback against a legitimate charge, submitted instead of cancelling online, means closure. A charge you think is wrong? Tell us first. We fix mistakes.

XII. THE NO MATCH REFUND

This is the one exception to our no refund rule. If you complete verification, use the platform actively for 3 months in good faith, and our matching engine produces zero qualified Matches for you during that time, we refund the monthly access fees for each month you met the active use standard, up to $70. The verification portion of your package is never refunded. The bundle is never refunded, and choosing it waives this refund. SoloTrueJobs.com is built on the belief that honest, qualified people deserve a platform that connects them with real jobs. We make this commitment in good faith, and we hold ourselves to it.

All of the following must be true:

A. Eligibility

To request the No Match Refund You must satisfy all of the conditions in Parts XII.B through XII.D and XII.F. SoloTrueJobs.com's determination of whether each condition is met is made in good faith and with active fairness under Part I.D and is set out in Part XII.I.

B. The Qualifying Window

The No Match Refund applies only to the first three (3) membership months following acceptance of the verification report and activation under Part III.C. A membership month runs from the day of activation, or from the same day of each following month, to the day before that day in the next month, on the same clock as Your billing. Example: activation on January 14 makes the qualifying window January 14 through April 13, comprising month one (included in the Package), month two, and month three.

C. The Active Use Standard

To qualify for any month, you must have actually used the platform: at least 1 hour of real job seeking activity on each of at least 20 business days that month. Time on one day cannot make up for time on another, but sessions on the same day add up. Idle browser time does not count.

To qualify for a refund of the fee paid for an individual qualifying month, You must have engaged in active job seeking on the platform for at least one (1) hour on each of at least twenty (20) business days during that membership month. "Active job seeking" means meaningful engagement measured by the platform's usage instrumentation (running searches, viewing roles, submitting applications, and similar). Time logged in but idle does not count. (a) The one hour minimum is a per day standard; excess activity on one day does not carry to another. (b) Active engagement totaling one hour across multiple sessions on the same business day satisfies the standard for that day. (c) "Business day" excludes weekends. (d) In a membership month with fewer than twenty (20) business days, You must engage actively on every business day of that month. The usage measurements supporting this standard, and their retention, are described in the Privacy Policy.

D. The Zero Match Condition

The matching engine must have produced zero (0) qualified Matches in Your feed during the qualifying month. As defined in Part VI.A, a qualified Match means a role You were eligible to apply for: a role open to applications whose hard requirements Your verified credentials satisfy. An Invitation to Apply is not a qualified Match for this purpose unless You accepted it.

F. Account Standing

You must remain in good standing throughout the qualifying window: no enforcement action under Part IX triggered, no chargeback flag recorded, and no suspension or closure.

G. Request Procedure

Refund requests may be submitted only after the qualifying window closes; a request submitted earlier is returned unprocessed with a note of the date on which it may be resubmitted. You may submit the request through the Contact Us form within fourteen (14) calendar days after the close of the qualifying window. Requests submitted later are not eligible.

H. Calculation

If you qualified for all three months, you get back the two monthly fees you paid, $70. Month one was included in your package, so there is nothing to refund there. If you qualified for some months but not others, you get back only the months you qualified for.

If all conditions are met, the refund equals the sum of the monthly access fees actually paid for those qualifying months in which the active use standard, the zero Match condition, and the account standing requirement were all satisfied. Because month one is included in the Package, the maximum refund is seventy United States dollars (US$70.00), corresponding to the fees for the second and third months of the qualifying window. The verification portion of the Package is excluded in all cases. Refunds are paid to the original payment method within thirty (30) days of the determination.

I. Final Determination

SoloTrueJobs.com's determination of whether each eligibility condition has been satisfied is made in good faith and with active fairness under Part I.D on the basis of its records of platform usage, Match history, and account status, and is final subject to the dispute resolution provisions of the Master Terms. On request we provide You the usage and Match data on which a denial was based.

J. Scope

This refund applies only to Job Seekers on monthly access, only to the first qualifying window following verification, and is not a recurring commitment. Recruiters, Businesses, bundle Users, and Users on free Packages who have not paid a monthly fee are not eligible, because there is no monthly fee to refund.

XIV. DATA OWNERSHIP AND CONTENT RIGHTS

Anything you add to the platform (messages, applications, feedback, history) is held by SoloTrueJobs.com and used to run and protect the platform. We never sell it. Your verification report is the exception: that one belongs to you. The Privacy Policy says exactly what we keep and for how long.

A. Content Rights

You retain ownership of the Content You contribute. You grant SoloTrueJobs.com the license described in the Master Terms to host, store, process, and display that Content (messages, applications, feedback, conversation histories, profile metadata, and other content originated through Your use of the platform) for the purposes of operating the platform, performing verification, maintaining platform integrity (including fraud detection, anti abuse work, and improvement of verification), enforcing these Terms, and complying with law. Retention periods are stated in the Privacy Policy. SoloTrueJobs.com does not sell User Content to any third party and does not share it with third parties for marketing or advertising.

B. Aggregated and Anonymized Data

SoloTrueJobs.com may publish aggregated, anonymized statistics derived from platform wide data (for example, average time to hire or average days to feedback). Such data does not identify any individual User and is not a sale of User Content.

C. Additional Rights Under Applicable Law

If you live somewhere with strong data protection laws, those laws give you additional rights and they apply on top of this Part.

Where applicable law grants You rights to access, correct, port, or delete personal data held by SoloTrueJobs.com, those rights apply notwithstanding this Part and are exercised as the Privacy Policy describes.

XV. VERIFICATION REPORT OWNERSHIP AND ACCESS

Your verification report belongs to you. Keep your own copy.

A. Ownership

Upon completion of verification, the full verification report is Your property. You may download, save, share, and use it outside the platform without restriction.

XVI. FREE LAUNCH PACKAGES

Some job seekers do not pay for verification: during launch we email a limited number of free TRUE5 codes each month. Every one of these is a real TRUE5 verification on the standard terms, and the report is yours.

B. Free Launch Packages

From October 13, 2026 through December 31, 2026, SoloTrueJobs.com may issue up to two hundred (200) free TRUE5 verification codes per calendar month for Job Seekers who reside in an Offered State. A code is issued by SoloTrueJobs.com by email, is applied by the recipient on its own page on the platform, and takes the verification fee off at checkout. SoloTrueJobs.com may stop issuing codes for a month once the monthly count is reached and may end the program for future months at any time. A free launch Package is a TRUE5 verification on identical terms to a paid one, including Part III, Part XV, and month one of included access. A payment method is collected at checkout and is not charged until month two. Continuing after month one requires monthly access under Part V.D: You agree to the recurring charge at checkout, and conversion is available only from an Offered State under Part II.F. Free launch Package Users are not eligible for the No Match Refund, because no monthly fee has been paid, unless and until they pay one, in which case Part XII applies from activation.

The following rules apply to every free launch Package: (a) no refund of any kind; the fee is zero and the Package creates no credit, balance, or claim; (b) no cash value; (c) not transferable, not for sale or trade, and any code obtained from anyone other than SoloTrueJobs.com is void; (d) one per person for life, tied to the identity verified, and a second account or identity is fraud under Part II.C; (e) the code is consumed when used, whether or not verification completes or passes; (f) the code zeroes the verification fee only; the first month is included as for every paid Package and the subscription starts at month two on standard terms; (g) the code applies to TRUE5 only, without the bundle, and not toward TRUE7 or TRUE10; upgrading pays the full price of the higher Package; (h) not stackable with any other offer; (i) not available to anyone previously purchased or verified on SoloTrueJobs.com; (j) the code expires on the date stated in the email that delivers it, and it must be used at checkout by that date; (k) all applicable Terms apply unchanged; and (l) fraud or misrepresentation voids the Package and closes the account.

XVII. MODIFICATIONS

We can update these Terms. If something material changes, we tell you 30 days ahead, and you can decide whether to keep using the platform or cancel. Every version is numbered, and we keep every released version.

SoloTrueJobs.com may modify these Terms from time to time. Material modifications (those that meaningfully alter Your rights, obligations, or pricing) are communicated by email and by prominent in platform notice at least thirty (30) days before they take effect, and no change to a recurring charge takes effect without the consent applicable law requires. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance; if You do not accept, Your remedy is to cancel under Part X before the effective date. Non material modifications may be made without advance notice. Every version carries a version number and effective date, the current version is always available on the platform, and every released version is retained.

B. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of laws principles, and any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms or Your use of the platform is resolved under the dispute resolution provisions of the Master Terms, including the agreement to arbitrate on an individual basis, the small claims court carve out, the thirty (30) day opt out, and the consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Duval County, Florida for matters not subject to arbitration. Venue for any matter not subject to arbitration lies exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Duval County, Florida, and You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT

These Terms are binding. We hold ourselves to them too. Strictness is real. Posting parties who ghost candidates are closed. Users who try to game billing are closed. And we hold ourselves to the same standard: in good faith, with active fairness, resolving genuine doubt in your favor. That is the deal.
