Recruiter and Agency Terms

Version 1.0

The full agreement governing Solo Recruiters and Recruiting Agencies on the SoloTrueJobs.com platform.

Effective: October 13, 2026 | Version 1.0 | Governed by Florida law

SoloTrueJobs.com LLC, a Florida limited liability company

PRELIMINARY STATEMENT

This document sets out the full agreement between SoloTrueJobs.com LLC and every Solo Recruiter or Recruiting Agency that uses the SoloTrueJobs.com platform. It governs your relationship with the platform from the moment you click "I agree" through your active use of the platform. It works alongside the Master Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. Where this document and the Master Terms differ on a matter specific to Recruiters and Agencies, this document controls. Companies hiring for themselves are governed by the Business Terms, not by this document.

SUMMARY OF PRINCIPAL TERMS

The following summary is provided for convenience and does not alter the Parts that follow.

A. Sequence of the Relationship

  • Solo Recruiters: identity verification (government ID, selfie, liveness) and verification of your work history for the last three years, plus a work email on a business domain and a phone number. $99 verification fee, includes month one.
  • Agencies: firm level verification (business identity through public registries, a work email on the firm's domain confirmed by link, identity verification of the administrator). Your firm vouches for the recruiters in its seats; they join by your invitation to a work email. $500 or $1,000 onboarding fee, includes month one.
  • Subscription clocks start the day verification completes and the account activates, or 60 days after your purchase if your verification is not complete by then. No paid days lost during verification in those 60 days. Month one is included in the verification fee.
  • Pricing from month two: TRUEREC $200 a month or $2,000 a year; TRUEREC7 $1,120 a month or $11,200 a year; TRUEREC15 $2,250 a month or $22,500 a year. Unlimited postings and messaging. Annual plans are prepaid, non refundable, and never renew by themselves.
  • Launch promotion: a limited number of free TRUEREC verification codes each month through December 31, 2026. The code covers the verification fee only; the monthly or annual fee starts at month two as usual (Part VII.G).

B. Obligations of SoloTrueJobs.com

  • Good faith governs everything. Every determination is made in good faith and with active fairness (Part I.D).
  • We are not your competitor. SoloTrueJobs.com does not run a recruiting business or take placement fees. Our revenue is your subscription. Yours is your placements (Part I.E).
  • Verification by trusted external partners. We provide the verified candidate pool, the verification engine, and the infrastructure. We do not assure outcomes; those depend on your work. Verification never includes criminal history searches and is not a safety endorsement (Part XXII).
  • We never sell your content. 30 days notice for any material change.

C. Functions the Platform Does Not Perform

  • We do not assure hires, candidate quality beyond verification, or any return on your subscription. Verification reduces risk; it does not eliminate it.
  • We do not modify or interpret your hard requirements. The matching engine applies them as written.
  • We do not arbitrate disputes between you and a candidate, between you and a hiring company, or between Solo Recruiters and Agencies. We enforce the platform's behavioral rules; we do not mediate commercial outcomes.

D. Obligations of the User

  • Sign the honor statement at every posting. Every role must state real hard requirements, a real compensation range, and a real intent to hire.
  • The 7 Day Decision Clock applies at every fork. Personalized feedback is mandatory at decline and final pass. Silence is breach.
  • Use a permanent email and phone. Billing is forward; a declined card puts the account on hold.
  • You are responsible for your own legal compliance as an employer or recruiter: licensing, pay transparency, anti discrimination, and any screening you choose to run (Part XX).

I. ACCEPTANCE AND SCOPE

By creating an account on SoloTrueJobs.com as a Solo Recruiter or as a Recruiting Agency and completing the verification flow, you agree to everything in this document, in the Master Terms of Service, and in the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account.

These Terms (the "Recruiter and Agency Terms") govern Your relationship with the SoloTrueJobs.com platform as a Solo Recruiter or Recruiting Agency, from the moment You create an account through Your active use of the platform. They are incorporated by reference into the SoloTrueJobs.com Master Terms of Service (the "Master Terms") and, together with the Master Terms and the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between You and SoloTrueJobs.com LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("SoloTrueJobs.com," "we," "us," or "our").

A. Profiles Addressed

These Terms recognize two user types, each with its own verification model and pricing:

(a) "Solo Recruiter": a natural person who recruits independently or under an employer relationship that does not involve a Recruiting Agency profile on the platform. A Solo Recruiter is verified individually under Part III.

(b) "Recruiting Agency" or "Agency": a recruiting firm operating under a firm level profile with one or more individual recruiters operating in seats. The Agency is verified at the firm level under Part IV. Individual recruiters in seats are not separately verified; the Agency vouches for them under Part V.

Where these Terms refer to "You," the reference applies to either user type unless context or an explicit qualifier requires otherwise. By clicking "I agree" at account creation, You represent that (a) You are at least eighteen (18) years old, (b) You have legal capacity to enter this agreement, (c) for Agencies, the natural person clicking "I agree" has authority to bind the Agency to these Terms, and (d) You have read and understood these Terms, the Master Terms, and the Privacy Policy. We record the date, time, and IP address of Your acceptance and the versions of the Master Terms and the Privacy Policy You accepted.

B. Users Who Do Not Complete Verification

If You do not complete verification, because verification reveals material misrepresentation, because You abandon the process, or because You fail to provide required documentation within the timelines set by our verification partners, the agreement under these Terms terminates without further obligation by SoloTrueJobs.com. Fees paid for verification work performed are retained as compensation for that work and are not refunded.

C. Relationship to the Master Terms

Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with the Master Terms on a matter specific to Recruiters and Agencies, these Terms control. On all other matters, including dispute resolution, governing law, intellectual property, indemnification, and limitation of liability, the Master Terms control. Capitalized terms used and not defined in these Terms, including "You," "Your," "User," and "Platform," have the meanings given in the Master Terms.

D. Fairness Commitment

Wherever these Terms give us discretion, we use it in good faith and with active fairness: we make each call as if we were reviewing our own claim, with genuine consideration of your perspective, and where genuine doubt exists we resolve it in your favor. It is the reason this platform exists. It does not apply where a breach is plain on its face.

Wherever these Terms grant SoloTrueJobs.com discretion to make a determination (including whether a verification finding stands or whether enforcement is warranted), that discretion shall be exercised in good faith and with active fairness. "Active fairness" means that SoloTrueJobs.com makes each determination as if reviewing its own claim, considers the User's perspective and circumstances, and, where genuine doubt exists on the facts available to it, resolves that doubt in the User's favor. This commitment governs how SoloTrueJobs.com decides. It does not assure any outcome and does not create a warranty. It does not apply where a breach is unambiguous on its face (for example, a chargeback against a successful charge, a verified false posting, or a clearly missed Decision Clock with no action recorded), in which case the rule applies as written.

E. SoloTrueJobs.com's Role and the Non Compete Commitment

We are not your competitor. SoloTrueJobs.com exists to be the infrastructure of verified hiring: the platform, the verification engine, the rules. We are not a recruiter. We are not an agency. We do not represent candidates to employers. We do not collect placement fees. We do not run a competing recruiting business under any other brand. The recruiters and agencies on this platform are our customers, and we work for them, not against them.

SoloTrueJobs.com does not engage, directly or indirectly, in the business of recruiting candidates for placement at third party employers, agencies, or any commercial recruiting activity that competes with the recruiting activity of Users on the platform. SoloTrueJobs.com's revenue derives exclusively from the subscription, verification, and onboarding fees paid by Users under the Agreement. SoloTrueJobs.com does not collect placement fees, success fees, contingency fees, or any other compensation tied to the outcome of recruiting activity conducted by Users.

SoloTrueJobs.com may, like any other employer, post its own internal hiring needs on the platform under the Business Terms. Such postings represent SoloTrueJobs.com's own hiring and do not constitute recruiting activity on behalf of any third party. This carve out is not a license to operate a competing recruiting line of business.

II. ACCOUNT CREATION, VERIFICATION, AND ACTIVATION

Creating an account means completing your profile in full and submitting it for verification. The platform is closed to you, beyond your own profile and our verification messages, until verification is complete.

Account creation occurs in three stages: (a) initial registration with a unique email address and password, (b) profile completion, in which You provide all information required by the onboarding flow truthfully and accurately, and (c) payment of the applicable verification fee and submission of the completed profile for verification through trusted external partners designated by SoloTrueJobs.com from time to time. Solo Recruiters are verified under Part III; Agencies are verified at the firm level under Part IV.

A. Verified or Invisible Rule

From submission of the profile for verification until verification is complete and Your account is activated, Your account is in a "pending" state. During this period You may access only (i) Your own profile and (ii) communications from SoloTrueJobs.com concerning verification. You may not search the verified candidate pool, view candidate profiles, post roles, send or receive messages, or interact with the platform in any other way, and Your profile is not visible to any other User. Full functionality is unlocked only upon completion of verification and activation.

B. Subscription Clock

Month one of included access and Your subscription billing cycle commence on the day verification is completed and Your account is activated, or sixty (60) days after Your purchase if Your verification is not complete by then, not on the day You created the account, paid any fee, or submitted Your profile. No paid time is consumed while verification is in progress during those sixty (60) days.

C. One Person, One Account; One Firm, One Account

Verification is keyed to the verified real world identity of the natural person creating a Solo Recruiter account and to the verified legal identity of the entity creating an Agency account. Each natural person is permitted exactly one Solo Recruiter account. Each verified Agency is permitted exactly one Agency account, applied at the level of the separately verified office under Part V.F. A change in legal entity (merger, acquisition, restructuring, rebranding) does not create eligibility for a second account for the same office; it is handled as an information change under Part XXI. Where SoloTrueJobs.com finds an attempt to create a second account under any new email, phone number, name, entity name, or other credentials, the account is shut down immediately and the matter is treated as identity fraud regardless of intent: no refund of any fee paid, no access, and the verified identity (for individuals) or the entity and its verified principals (for Agencies) is barred from SoloTrueJobs.com going forward under any identity, as set forth in Part XVII.

RULE: One person, one account. One firm, one account. Any attempt to create a second account is shut down immediately. No refund. No access.

D. Permanent Contact Details

Use a permanent email and phone; they are tied to your verified identity.

You shall maintain a permanent and current primary email address and phone number on Your profile.

E. Legal Name, Entity, and Identity Document Changes

Where Your legal name, Your firm's legal entity name, or other government issued identity or registration information changes during the lifetime of Your account, by reason of marriage, divorce, court order, gender transition, citizenship change, merger, restructuring, rebranding, or any other lawful basis, You shall ask us through the Contact Us form to update the existing profile and provide either (a) a current government issued identity document or business registration reflecting the change or (b) the legal document creating it. SoloTrueJobs.com will re verify the change through its designated partners and update Your profile; the subscription clock and all other account level data continue uninterrupted. There is no fee for an identity or entity document update. Using a change as cover to open a second account is identity fraud under Part II.C.

III. VERIFICATION OF SOLO RECRUITERS

If you are a Solo Recruiter, you are verified as a person: your identity, and your work history for the last three years. Everyone is real, on every side. There is a one time $99 verification fee, which includes month one. Never criminal history.

This Part III applies to Solo Recruiters. Verification of Recruiting Agencies is governed by Part IV. For Solo Recruiters, verification is performed by trusted external partners designated by SoloTrueJobs.com from time to time and covers: (a) government issued identity, confirmed by the identity verification partner through document check, selfie capture, and liveness detection, from which SoloTrueJobs.com reads and keeps only the result and reference numbers; (b) work history for the last three (3) years as represented on Your profile (employers, role titles, employment type, dates), confirmed by the credential verification partner; (c) Your work email, which must be on a business domain (free mail providers such as Gmail, Yahoo, and Outlook are not accepted; SoloTrueJobs.com does not confirm that the domain belongs to a particular firm); and (d) Your phone number. Education and professional licenses are not verified for Solo Recruiters. The no criminal searches rule in Part XXII.A applies.

A Solo Recruiter at someone else's firm uses the platform in an individual capacity with a work email on that firm's domain; the firm is not separately verified. A Solo Recruiter who owns a firm operates under the firm's email domain; the firm is not separately verified as an Agency. Both are governed by the same verification.

A. Verification Fee

The Solo Recruiter (TRUEREC) verification fee is ninety nine United States dollars (US$99.00), payable at purchase and prior to commencement of the verification work. The fee buys the verification work and includes month one of platform access following activation. It is non refundable in all circumstances once the verification work has begun, including closure for any reason, failure of a verification item, or abandonment.

RULE: The TRUEREC verification fee is $99, includes month one, and is never refunded once the work begins.

B. Unverifiable Items

If a verification item cannot be confirmed through our designated partners (for example, records cannot be located or a partner database is inaccessible), SoloTrueJobs.com may, in its discretion under Part I.D: (i) accept alternative documentation You provide, (ii) verify the item through a different partner, or (iii) decline to verify the item. Items declined because of evidence of falsification result in closure under Part XVII after the pre closure notice in Part XVII.F.

C. Verification Record

Upon completion of verification, Your profile is activated and the verified status is recorded against Your account. The active profile constitutes Your verified record on the platform. Solo Recruiters do not receive from SoloTrueJobs.com a standalone downloadable verification report; the active profile is the operative record.

IV. VERIFICATION OF AGENCIES

Agencies are verified at the firm level, not the individual level: the legal entity through public registries, a work email on the firm's domain confirmed by link, and the identity of the administrator. Individual recruiters in seats are not separately verified; your firm vouches for them, and they join by your invitation to a work email.

This Part IV applies to Agencies. Verification is performed at the firm level by trusted external partners designated by SoloTrueJobs.com from time to time and covers, at minimum:

(a) Business identity. Organization details establishing the legal entity (jurisdiction, registered name, registration number, good standing), corroborated against the public business registry of the entity's jurisdiction through electronic business identity verification.

(b) Work email on the firm's domain, confirmed by link. The administrator's work email on the firm's domain, confirmed by a link sent to that address. Free mail providers are not accepted. Firms operating from personal email domains do not qualify; such individuals may onboard as Solo Recruiters under Part III.

(c) Business website. The Agency's public website, as provided by the Agency.

SoloTrueJobs.com also verifies the designated primary administrator: government issued identity confirmation through the identity verification partner, role within the Agency, and authority to bind it to these Terms. Other seat occupants are not individually verified (Part IV.B).

A. Firm Verification Fee

The Agency verification fee is five hundred United States dollars (US$500.00) for the TRUEREC7 tier (up to seven seats) and one thousand United States dollars (US$1,000.00) for the TRUEREC15 tier (up to fifteen seats), payable at purchase and prior to commencement of the verification work. The fee buys firm level verification and onboarding and includes month one of platform access following activation. It is non refundable in all circumstances once the work has begun.

RULE: The Agency verification fee ($500 for TRUEREC7, $1,000 for TRUEREC15) includes month one and is never refunded once the work begins.

B. Seat Occupants Not Separately Verified

SoloTrueJobs.com does not separately verify the identity, work history, education, or other credentials of recruiters who operate in seats under an Agency profile. The Agency is the verified User; it vouches for its seat occupants and carries full responsibility under these Terms for their conduct. Seat occupants must operate from work email addresses on the Agency's domain; operating a seat from a personal email domain or a domain not belonging to the Agency is breach. Vouching, seats, and the invitation flow are set out in Part V.

C. Incomplete Firm Verification

If a firm level item cannot be confirmed, SoloTrueJobs.com may, in its discretion under Part I.D, accept alternative documentation, verify through a different partner, or decline to onboard the Agency. The verification fee is not refunded. Items declined because of evidence of falsification, shell entity status, or material misrepresentation result in disqualification from the platform under the Master Terms.

V. AGENCY TERMS: VOUCHING AND SEATS

This Part applies only to Agencies. If you are a Solo Recruiter, skip to Part VI. If you administer an Agency profile, this is the most consequential Part in the document.

This Part V applies exclusively to Agencies.

A. Vouching

When you assign a recruiter to a seat, you are vouching for that person: they are real, they are authorized to act for your firm, and you stand behind their conduct on the platform. If they break the rules, your Agency is on the hook.

By assigning a natural person to a seat, the Agency represents to SoloTrueJobs.com and to all other Users that: (a) the occupant is a real natural person whose identity the Agency has confirmed through its own employment documentation or records; (b) the occupant is currently authorized to conduct recruiting activity on its behalf, and the Agency will revoke the seat promptly when that authority ends; (c) the Agency accepts responsibility for the occupant's compliance with these Terms and the Master Terms, and conduct by an occupant is treated as conduct by the Agency; (d) enforcement under Part XVII for an occupant's conduct applies at the Agency level, against its account and its continued access, and internal action against the individual does not relieve the Agency of platform level consequences; and (e) the occupant operates from an active work email on the Agency's domain throughout the period of occupancy.

B. Seats and Seat Tiers

Agencies elect either the TRUEREC7 tier (up to seven (7) seats) or the TRUEREC15 tier (up to fifteen (15) seats). Each seat is occupied by exactly one named natural person at a time. Additional recruiters may not operate beyond the seat count of the tier.

C. [Reserved]

D. Departure of Seat Occupants

Upon termination of a seat occupant's authority for any reason, the Agency shall without undue delay remove the occupant from the seat through the administration interface; an occupant may also leave a seat. Either way, the departure (a) does not pause pending Decision Clock obligations, which continue to run against the Agency and must be closed out within the applicable windows, failing which the Agency is in breach under Part XII; (b) generates no refund, credit, or proration; and (c) does not reduce the seat count: the seat is free again. The Agency remains answerable for the departed occupant's postings and pending obligations.

E. [Reserved]

F. Multi Location and Franchise Agencies

Where Your firm operates multiple offices, locations, or franchise units, each with a distinct physical address, distinct primary administrator, and operational independence, each such unit shall be onboarded and verified as its own Agency, regardless of whether it is a separate legal entity. Each separately verified Agency pays its own verification fee, maintains its own seats (seats are not transferable between Agencies sharing a parent), has its own primary administrator, and accepts vouching liability for its own occupants only. A new office opened mid subscription is onboarded from zero. SoloTrueJobs.com may display parent affiliation on each profile without treating the units as one entity.

G. Seat Invitation Flow

Seat occupants are added through the in platform invitation flow: (a) the primary administrator sends an invitation to the prospective occupant's work email; (b) the invitation is delivered to the work email address given, which must be on a business domain; (c) the recipient accepts the invitation from their own recruiter account, having accepted the Master Terms at sign up, and a recipient who has no account first creates one with the invited email address, and then accepts; and (d) the seat is taken immediately on acceptance. No identity verification of the recipient is performed by SoloTrueJobs.com; the Agency's vouching and the work email are the proof of legitimacy.

VI. PROFILE CONTENT AND HONOR STATEMENT

Your profile must be accurate and current. Posting roles requires a separate honor statement at every posting; that is Part X.

Your profile content shall reflect Your verified information accurately and currently. Misrepresentation, embellishment, or invention of profile content is grounds for closure under Part XVII.

VII. PRICING, BILLING, SEATS, AND LAUNCH PROMOTION

Verification fees are one time and include month one. From month two: TRUEREC $200 a month or $2,000 a year; TRUEREC7 $1,120 a month or $11,200 a year; TRUEREC15 $2,250 a month or $22,500 a year. Annual plans save two months, are prepaid, and never renew by themselves. Unlimited postings and messaging on every plan. Through December 31, 2026, a limited number of free TRUEREC verification codes are available each month.

The pricing in effect is the pricing posted on the platform at the time of subscription or renewal. SoloTrueJobs.com may change pricing prospectively under Part XXIV. All plans include unlimited role postings and unlimited messaging with no usage based fees; posting queue rules under Part X remain as quality mechanics.

A. TRUEREC Pricing

Solo Recruiters subscribe on either of the following bases from month two: (a) two hundred United States dollars (US$200.00) per month, billed monthly in advance, no minimum term, cancel anytime effective at the end of the paid month; or (b) two thousand United States dollars (US$2,000.00) per year, prepaid, equivalent to ten (10) months at the monthly rate, on the annual plan terms in Part VII.E.

B. TRUEREC7 Pricing

Agencies on the TRUEREC7 tier (up to seven (7) seats) subscribe from month two on either of the following bases: (a) one thousand one hundred twenty United States dollars (US$1,120.00) per month, billed monthly in advance, no minimum term; or (b) eleven thousand two hundred United States dollars (US$11,200.00) per year, prepaid, on the annual plan terms in Part VII.E.

C. TRUEREC15 Pricing

Agencies on the TRUEREC15 tier (up to fifteen (15) seats) subscribe from month two on either of the following bases: (a) two thousand two hundred fifty United States dollars (US$2,250.00) per month, billed monthly in advance, no minimum term; or (b) twenty two thousand five hundred United States dollars (US$22,500.00) per year, prepaid, on the annual plan terms in Part VII.E.

D. [Reserved]

E. Annual Plans

An annual plan is a full year paid up front in exchange for two months free. It is non refundable and it does not renew by itself: we remind you thirty days and seven days before it ends, and nothing is charged unless you choose another year. If you do not renew, your access ends on the expiration date and your account and profile data is kept for ninety days and then deleted.

Annual plans are prepaid for twelve (12) months and do not renew automatically. We send You reminders at least thirty (30) days and seven (7) days before Your plan ends. Your plan renews only if You elect to renew. If You do not, Your access ends on the expiration date, and Your account and profile data is retained for ninety (90) days and then deleted, with other records kept as the Privacy Policy describes. Annual plans are non refundable, except as the Master Terms provide for closure without cause, discontinuance, or a material change You reject. The checkout for every annual plan displays, before payment, that the plan is prepaid, non cancelable, non refundable, and does not auto renew, and You confirm those statements before the charge is made.

RULE: Annual plans: prepaid, non cancelable, non refundable, and they never renew by themselves. You choose each year.

F. Monthly Plans

Your first month is included in Your verification fee. Your plan then continues month to month at the price shown at checkout, charged to Your payment method on file, until You cancel. We ask for Your separate agreement to the recurring charge at checkout. You may cancel at any time from Your account under Part XVIII; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period You have paid for, and no further amounts are charged. Cancelling is no harder than signing up. Before You agree to the recurring charge we display, clearly and conspicuously and next to the request for agreement, that the plan continues until cancelled, the amount and frequency of the charge, the renewal term, and how to cancel.

G. Launch Promotion: Free TRUEREC Verification Codes

Through December 31, 2026, we email a limited number of free TRUEREC verification codes each month. The code covers the $99 verification fee only. Month one is included as always, and the $200 monthly fee, or the annual fee on an annual plan, starts at month two on the standard terms. Agencies pay full price from day one.

From October 13, 2026 through December 31, 2026, SoloTrueJobs.com may issue up to thirty (30) free verification codes per calendar month, in one pool shared between Solo Recruiters (TRUEREC) and Businesses (TRUEBIZ). A code is issued by SoloTrueJobs.com by email, is applied by the recipient on its own page on the platform, and takes the verification fee off at checkout. SoloTrueJobs.com may stop issuing codes for a month once the monthly count is reached and may end the program for future months at any time. A free TRUEREC Package is a TRUEREC verification on identical terms to a paid one, including Part III and month one of included access. A payment method is collected at checkout and is not charged until month two. Continuing after month one requires a subscription under Part VII.E or VII.F: on a monthly plan You agree to the recurring charge at checkout, and an annual plan is prepaid under Part VII.E. No subscription fee is waived for any User, and TRUEREC7 and TRUEREC15 pay the full verification fee and subscription from day one.

The following rules apply to every free TRUEREC Package: (a) no refund of any kind; the fee is zero and the Package creates no credit, balance, or claim; (b) no cash value; (c) not transferable, not for sale or trade, and any code obtained from anyone other than SoloTrueJobs.com is void; (d) one per person for life, tied to the identity verified, and a second account or identity is fraud under Part II.C; (e) the code is consumed when used, whether or not verification completes or passes; (f) the code zeroes the verification fee only; (g) the code applies to TRUEREC or TRUEBIZ only, not toward TRUEREC7 or TRUEREC15; (h) not stackable with any other offer; (i) not available to anyone previously purchased or verified on SoloTrueJobs.com; (j) the code expires on the date stated in the email that delivers it, and it must be used at checkout by that date; (k) all applicable Terms apply unchanged; and (l) fraud or misrepresentation voids the Package and closes the account.

VIII. FORWARD BILLING AND FAILED PAYMENTS

Billing is forward: you pay for the period ahead. If your card is declined, the account goes on hold right away. Coming back means paying the missed charge. Clocks do not pause during a hold.

Subscription charges are billed in advance for the upcoming period. Where a scheduled charge fails for any reason, the following applies regardless of fault: (a) Your account is placed on hold immediately: for a Solo Recruiter, posting a role, extending or reopening a posting, and sending an Invitation to Apply are closed to You until the charge is paid, and for an Agency, searching and viewing candidates, posting and managing roles, reading and answering applications, sending Invitations to Apply, and replying to messages are closed to every seat occupant, the administrator included, until the charge is paid; (b) You owe the missed charge, and SoloTrueJobs.com adds no fee of its own; (c) access is restored when the missed charge is paid, and pending Decision Clock obligations continue to run during the hold; (d) if the account remains unpaid thirty (30) calendar days after the failed charge, it becomes inactive under Part XVIII.C with Your verification record preserved, and non payment alone is not an enforcement closure under Part XVII; (e) SoloTrueJobs.com sends the notices applicable law requires and does not otherwise monitor Your payment method; (f) a dispute about whether Your bank erred is between You and Your bank; and (g) this Part covers charges that never processed, while a chargeback against a processed charge is governed by Part XIX.

IX. MESSAGING ARCHITECTURE

Your first contact with a Verified Job Seeker is one of two: accepting their application for interview, or a role specific Invitation to Apply. There is no other first message. They cannot send the first message to you; their signal of interest is the application. This is part of what your subscription pays for.

A. Permitted Communications

As a verified Solo Recruiter or seat occupant of a verified Agency, You may: (a) search and filter the verified candidate pool by the parameters the platform makes available, without any assurance that any particular Job Seeker will appear, respond, remain in the market, or be hired; (b) invite any Verified Job Seeker to apply to a role You posted, under (d); (c) receive and respond to applications from Verified Job Seekers whose verified credentials satisfy the hard requirements You posted; and (d) send a single, role specific Invitation to Apply to a Verified Job Seeker who has not applied to that role, whether or not the Job Seeker saw the Apply button for it, opening a one time application path for that role only, which the Job Seeker may accept by applying or leave unanswered. Invitations are private.

B. Prohibited Communications

Notwithstanding Part IX.A, You shall not: (a) use automated tools, scripts, scraping, or any non human means to send messages; each outreach must be a deliberate, human authored communication, and templated mass outreach may be removed and chronic abuse enforced under Part XVII; (b) redirect candidate communications off the platform during the initial stages of a conversation (the first response to an application or outreach and the initial discussion of fit stay on the platform; once both sides agree, off platform communication for interviews, screening calls, or logistics is permitted, and calls require mutual consent and a verified number); (c) use the messaging interface to solicit Job Seekers for any purpose unrelated to a specific role, including multi level marketing, paid training, sponsored content, or any arrangement in which the candidate would pay You or a third party; or (d) use information learned about a Job Seeker through the platform (verified credentials, work history, contact information, conversation content) for any purpose other than the recruiting purpose for which it was disclosed, including aggregation, resale, lead generation, third party marketing, or training of any artificial intelligence system. Part XXI governs data ownership.

X. POSTING ROLES

Every role posted on SoloTrueJobs.com follows the same canonical schema. Thirteen fields, in this order, every time: location, job type, start date, field, level, title, where the position sits on the org chart, work type, why the position is open, compensation range, benefits, about the company, and queue cap. The platform refuses to publish a role that is missing a required one. No more four page postings hiding compensation in paragraph six. No more vague "competitive" claims.

This Part X governs the posting of roles by Recruiters and Agencies. Roles posted in violation of this Part may be removed, and enforcement under Part XVII may be applied.

Every role shall include the following thirteen fields, fully completed before submission. No required field may be left blank, omitted, or filled with placeholder content; the posting interface enforces completion. Every field is required unless the list says it is optional.

1. Location. The address of the job location, selected from the address search.

2. Job type. Internship, part time, full time, or contract.

3. Start date. The anticipated start date, which cannot be in the past.

4. Field. The role's field or sub field, selected from the platform's list.

5. Level. Entry level, mid level, or senior or executive level.

6. Title. The role's actual title as it would appear in the hiring company's records. Inflated or misleading titles are breach.

7. Org chart position. Who the role reports to (title, not name) and the number of peer positions at the role's level.

8. Work type. Full remote, local remote, on site, or hybrid.

9. Why the position is open. One of three selections: new position; replacement; internal transfer.

10. Compensation range. A real range with both endpoints stated as a yearly salary in whole United States dollars, within the tiered spread rule in Part X.C.

11. Benefits. Each benefit offered, selected from the platform's list (medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off), with the day of employment on which it starts. At least one benefit is required for a full time role. A brief factual summary in Your own words may be added and is optional. "Competitive benefits package" does not satisfy this field.

12. About the company. A brief factual description of the hiring company: what it does, its industry, its size or stage. Context, not marketing copy. This field is optional.

13. Queue cap. The number of pending applications the role holds at once, selected under Part X.E.

RULE: Every role follows the same thirteen field schema, in the same order, every time. Missing required fields: the role cannot be submitted.

A. Honor Statement at Posting

Upon submission of each role, You acknowledge a written honor statement specific to that role, affirming that the role is a real, open position You are hiring for, that every detail in the posting is correct, and that You understand it cannot be edited once posted. By submitting a role You also represent that: (a) the hard requirements accurately reflect the qualifications actually required; (b) the compensation range is the range You and the hiring company are genuinely prepared to pay and falls within Part X.C; (c) You and the hiring company intend to fill the role through the platform's application and conversation flow; (d) the queue cap selected under Part X.E represents Your committed bandwidth; and (e) the posting complies with Part XX (lawful postings, pay transparency, and the hiring company's authorization and licensing). The honor statement is recorded with the posting and with Your account.

B. Hard Requirements

You shall define hard requirements for each role. The matching engine applies them as written, without modification or interpretation. The Apply button appears on a Verified Job Seeker's view of a role only where the Job Seeker's verified credentials satisfy the posted hard requirements; the only exception is an Invitation to Apply under Part IX.A(d). SoloTrueJobs.com does not assure the size, composition, or existence of any resulting candidate pool. Hard requirements must be bona fide occupational qualifications; a hard requirement that operates as a proxy for a protected characteristic is prohibited under Part XX.

C. Compensation Range

Every role must include a real compensation range. We do not accept "competitive," "DOE," or "we will discuss." Candidates see the range before they apply. Under $100,000 the range can be no more than 20% wide; at $100,000 and above, no more than 50% wide. The low end cannot be below $40,000.

Every role shall include a stated compensation range that is: (a) a numeric minimum and maximum, each stated as a yearly salary in whole United States dollars; (b) the range You and the hiring company are genuinely prepared to pay, with the maximum reflecting the actual ceiling and the minimum the actual floor; (c) within the tiered spread limit: the lower endpoint shall not be below $40,000; where the lower endpoint is under $100,000, the upper endpoint shall not exceed 120% of the lower endpoint; where the lower endpoint is $100,000 or more, the upper endpoint shall not exceed 150% of the lower endpoint, enforced programmatically; and (d) visible to candidates before they apply, never hidden, gated, or revealed only after application. Disallowed practices include placeholder phrases, asking candidates to state salary expectations as a precondition of disclosure, ranges exceeding the spread limit, and any practice that defers compensation transparency to private negotiation. SoloTrueJobs.com does not investigate specific compensation outcomes, but a pattern of posting ranges that are not honored in actual offers is enforceable under Part XVII.C. SoloTrueJobs.com may adjust the percentage limits from time to time; the principle that the range must be real and bounded is permanent.

RULE: Every role states a real compensation range. Under $100K: max 20% spread. $100K and up: max 50% spread. Minimum never below $40,000. Visible before anyone applies.

D. [Reserved]

E. Queue Cap

Every role shall have a queue cap selected by You at posting, of one (1) to one hundred (100) pending applications. The cap counts applications awaiting Your initial accept or decline, an invited applicant's included. When the queue reaches the cap, the role automatically pauses to new applications; existing applicants remain, open conversations continue, and each applicant's Decision Clock under Part XII continues to run independently of the cap state. When the queue drops below the cap through Your decisions, the role automatically resumes.

F. Cap Fixed Once Posted

The cap cannot be changed after the role is posted. To change it, close the role and post it again.

G. Candidate View

Search returns to a candidate the roles whose hard requirements the candidate's verified credentials satisfy, regardless of cap state. A candidate who reaches a role another way and does not satisfy the hard requirements sees the role without an Apply button. A candidate who satisfies them sees an active Apply button when the queue has capacity, and a clear message that the queue is currently full when it does not; the button reappears automatically when the queue drops below the cap.

H. [Reserved]

I. Posting Expiry

Every posting expires thirty (30) business days after it is published unless You extend it through the posting interface, which You may do before or after it expires. An expired posting accepts no new applications; existing applications continue under Part XII until each is resolved.

J. Working on Offer

When You mark a role as "working on offer," the role stops accepting new applications immediately and candidates see a not accepting applications message. Existing applicants, open conversations, and Decision Clock obligations continue. A candidate may elect to be notified if the role reopens. If the offer does not result in a hire, You may reopen the role, and the notice is sent to candidates who elected it.

XI. [RESERVED]

XII. THE DECISION CLOCK

Whenever a candidate is waiting on you for a decision, the 7 Day Decision Clock applies. Two forks: when a candidate applies, and after the final interview. Silence past 7 business days is breach.

The 7 Day Decision Clock applies at two forks. "Business day" excludes weekends.

A. Initial Accept or Decline

From the time a Verified Job Seeker submits an application to a role You posted, You have seven (7) business days to either (i) accept the application, opening an in platform messaging channel, or (ii) decline it with personalized feedback meeting Part XIII. Failure to take either action is breach under Part XVII. Each application's clock runs independently of the role's queue cap state.

B. [Reserved]

C. Final Decision After Interview

From the conclusion of the final interview, screening, or equivalent decision making conversation (on the date You record its conclusion in the interface), You have seven (7) business days to either (i) extend an offer or (ii) pass with personalized feedback meeting Part XIII. Failure to take either action is breach under Part XVII.

D. Rationale

The 7 Day Decision Clock is a contractual obligation of every Solo Recruiter and every Agency. Failure to act at any fork triggers Part XVII. Determinations are made under Part I.D, except that a window that has clearly elapsed with no action recorded is enforced as written.

XIII. MANDATORY FEEDBACK

When you decline an application or pass after an interview, you owe the candidate personalized feedback. Not "thanks for applying." Real, specific feedback explaining why. This is one of the reasons the platform exists.

Personalized feedback is required at both forks: decline of an application (Part XII.A) and pass after final interview (Part XII.C).

A. Personalized Feedback Defined

Personalized feedback shall, at minimum, (a) reference the specific role, (b) reference at least one concrete element of the candidate's profile or interview performance that informed the decision, and (c) be authored as a deliberate, role and candidate specific communication. Generic, templated, or boilerplate messages, including messages that do not name the role or that could be sent to any candidate without modification, do not qualify.

B. Examples

By way of illustration: "Your B2B SaaS sales experience is strong, but the role requires demonstrated experience closing enterprise contracts above $500K, and your experience centered on mid market deals. We are not moving forward at this time." qualifies. "You presented well in the technical screen, but the lead engineer felt your depth on distributed systems was below the level required for this senior role." qualifies. "After careful consideration, we have decided to move forward with other candidates whose qualifications more closely match our needs." does not qualify. "We have selected another candidate." does not qualify.

C. Rationale

Failure to provide qualifying feedback where required is a Decision Clock breach enforced under Part XVII. SoloTrueJobs.com's determination of whether feedback qualifies is made under Part I.D. SoloTrueJobs.com retains feedback content for evidentiary purposes but does not evaluate its quality, correctness, or persuasiveness beyond the personalization threshold. Feedback must comply with Part XX; feedback that references a protected characteristic is itself a violation.

RULE: Personalized feedback at decline and at final pass, every time. Generic templates do not qualify.

XIV. [RESERVED]

XV. [RESERVED]

XVI. [RESERVED]

XVII. ENFORCEMENT AGAINST RECRUITERS

Recruiters and Agencies get the platform's power: search, filter, invite any verified candidate, post unlimited roles. In exchange, you are held to stricter accountability than candidates. Day 6 reminder, Day 7 final warning, Day 8 hold, Day 9 suspension notice, Day 14 closure.

This Part XVII establishes the enforcement timeline for breach of platform obligations under these Terms, including the 7 Day Decision Clock, mandatory feedback, posting honesty, queue cap commitments, the messaging restrictions, Part XX, and the chargeback prohibition.

A. Enforcement Timeline

Where an obligation has not been met, the following applies, in business days from the date the obligation became overdue: (a) Business Day 6, automatic reminder that an obligation is pending and one business day remains; (b) Business Day 7, final warning that the account will be placed on hold the next business day; (c) Business Day 8, account on hold, with log in permitted only to address the pending obligation, and for Agency accounts the hold applies to all seat occupants; (d) Business Day 9, notice that the account will be permanently closed in five (5) additional business days, with no refund of the current paid period; and (e) Business Day 14, permanent closure, with no reactivation, no second account, and the verified identity (for individuals) or the entity and its verified principals (for Agencies) barred from SoloTrueJobs.com going forward under any identity. Prepaid fees on closure are handled under Part XVIII.D and the Master Terms.

B. Rationale

Trust on this platform runs in both directions.

C. Pattern Based Enforcement

In addition to timeline enforcement, SoloTrueJobs.com may close an account based on a pattern of conduct that, taken together, demonstrates persistent disregard for the platform's standards (chronic responses just inside the window, repeated closures without filling under questionable circumstances, repeatedly letting queues sit at capacity, a pattern of unhonored compensation ranges, or other patterns that in SoloTrueJobs.com's good faith judgment undermine platform trust). Pattern based enforcement is determined under Part I.D, and SoloTrueJobs.com provides notice of the pattern observed and an opportunity to respond before closure is finalized, except where the pattern constitutes an ongoing threat to other Users or the platform.

D. Agency Level Enforcement

Where the conduct triggering enforcement is that of a seat occupant, enforcement applies at the Agency level under Part V.A(d). The hold restricts all seat occupants; closure applies to the entity.

E. Per Unit Enforcement

Enforcement applies exclusively to the separately verified unit whose conduct triggered it. Hold, suspension, closure, and the identity bar do not extend to other separately verified units sharing a parent organization, and the verified principals of those units are not barred.

F. Pre Closure Notice

Where SoloTrueJobs.com intends to close an account because a verification finding indicates material misrepresentation, it first sends written notice identifying the discrepancy and waits at least seven (7) calendar days before finalizing closure, during which You may dispute the finding through the relevant partner's process; the closure is paused while a dispute is open.

RULE: Day 6 reminder, Day 7 warning, Day 8 hold, Day 9 suspension notice, Day 14 permanent closure. The identity bar is permanent, for individuals and for firms.

XVIII. CANCELLATION, ANNUAL PLANS, AND REFUNDS

Monthly: cancel anytime, online, effective at the end of the paid month; the current month is not refunded. Annual: prepaid and non refundable, and it never renews by itself. Verification fees are never refunded.

A. Monthly Subscriptions

You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time through Your account settings, by the same online means You used to subscribe, or through the Contact Us form. Cancellation is effective at the end of the paid month then in progress; no notice period applies; no further charge is made; no cancellation is refused or delayed; and we confirm every cancellation by email. The current month is not refunded.

B. Annual Plans

Annual plans are governed by Part VII.E: prepaid, non cancelable, non refundable, and not automatically renewed.

C. Inactive Accounts and Reactivation

Following cancellation or non renewal, Your account becomes inactive on the day after Your last paid day. An inactive account is not an enforcement closure. Your verification record is preserved for ninety (90) days, during which You may reactivate by resuming a subscription; re verification is required only for items that have changed or expired. After ninety (90) days the account and profile data is deleted as the Privacy Policy describes, and a return requires new verification.

D. Refunds

SoloTrueJobs.com does not refund verification fees, the current monthly period, or any annual plan fee, except as the Master Terms provide: where SoloTrueJobs.com closes an annual plan for cause before the end of its term, it retains the fees for all months begun through the month of closure plus an early termination charge equal to two (2) months at the monthly rate for the same tier, and refunds the balance within thirty (30) days; where SoloTrueJobs.com closes an account without cause, discontinues the platform, or makes a material change You reject under Part XXIV, unused prepaid fees are refunded pro rata.

XIX. CHARGEBACKS

If you reverse a legitimate charge with your bank instead of cancelling through the platform, your account is closed. If a charge is actually wrong, tell us first and we fix it; a chargeback we agree was justified is not a violation.

If You dispute a charge with Your bank or card issuer, or cancel Your payment method to avoid a charge, instead of cancelling through the platform under Part XVIII, and the charge was made in accordance with these Terms, Your account is permanently closed upon notice of the chargeback with the consequences in Part XVII.A(e). No warning ladder applies. A chargeback is not a violation where the charge was not authorized by these Terms, where You first raised it with SoloTrueJobs.com and it was not corrected within ten (10) business days, or where SoloTrueJobs.com, deciding under Part I.D, concludes the dispute was raised in good faith. This rule applies equally to every User type.

XX. LEGAL COMPLIANCE

You are the employer or the recruiter. The law that applies to hiring applies to you, not to us. If your state requires pay ranges in postings, our schema already collects them, but the duty to supply them is yours. If your business needs a license to do what it does, that is yours too. We do not host discriminatory postings or performing arts and modeling engagements.

A. Representations

You represent and warrant, on signup and on each posting, that: (a) You are expressly authorized by the hiring company to post each role and to receive applications for it, and You hold a bona fide job order for it; (b) You and, where applicable, Your firm hold every license, registration, or authorization required by the law of each jurisdiction in which You operate for the activity You conduct through the platform, including any employment agency, staffing, or recruiter licensing or registration; (c) each posting complies with the law of each jurisdiction in which the role is located or from which candidates may be hired, including pay transparency, anti discrimination, and job advertising laws; and (d) nothing in any posting, hard requirement, feedback, or message discriminates, or operates as a proxy for discrimination, on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.

B. Pay Transparency

Several states and localities require employers (and in some, the third parties that publish their postings) to include a wage scale or salary range and a description of benefits in each posting. The canonical schema in Part X collects a compensation range for every role, at least one benefit for every full time role, and any other benefits and benefits summary You add. You are responsible for ensuring that the range and benefits You supply satisfy the law of each jurisdiction that applies to the role, and You acknowledge that SoloTrueJobs.com publishes exactly what You supply. Where SoloTrueJobs.com receives a demand, complaint, or notice that a posting You supplied is non compliant, You shall correct it within two (2) business days of our notice to You, and You shall indemnify SoloTrueJobs.com under the Master Terms for any penalty or claim arising from information You failed to provide or provided inaccurately. SoloTrueJobs.com retains the record of what You submitted for each posting.

C. Postings Not Hosted

The platform does not host postings for performing arts, modeling, or other talent engagements of the kind regulated by talent agency laws; postings for work that is unlawful or that the candidate would not be legally permitted to perform; postings that require the candidate to pay any fee, purchase any product, or make any investment; or postings for positions affected by a strike or lockout unless the posting discloses that fact. SoloTrueJobs.com may remove any such posting and apply Part XVII.

D. Screening

Verification on SoloTrueJobs.com confirms identity and credentials only and never includes criminal history searches (Part XXII.A). Any criminal history search, reference check, or other screening You are required or choose to perform is conducted by You, outside the platform, in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, state law, and any ban the box or fair chance law that applies to You. SoloTrueJobs.com is not a consumer reporting agency and does not furnish consumer reports to employers.

E. Automated Tools

The matching engine applies the hard requirements You post to verified credentials. It does not rank, score, or recommend candidates. If You use any automated or artificial intelligence tool of Your own in connection with candidates sourced from the platform, compliance with any law governing such tools, including notice to candidates, is Your responsibility.

XXI. INFORMATION CHANGES, DATA OWNERSHIP, AND CONTENT RIGHTS

Changes to your firm go through the Contact Us form, and changes to your people through seat invitations and removals, never a new account. Content you create on the platform is yours; you give us the license we need to run the platform. Candidate data you learn here may be used only for the hiring purpose it was shared for.

A. Information Changes

Changes to Your legal name, entity, registration, or email domain are made through the Contact Us form under Part II.E, and changes to seat occupants through the in platform interfaces described in Part V. Where a change requires re verification, SoloTrueJobs.com performs it through its designated partners, and there is no fee for an identity or entity update.

B. Content Rights

You retain ownership of the Content You contribute (postings, messages, feedback, profile content). You grant SoloTrueJobs.com the license described in the Master Terms to host, store, process, and display that Content to operate the platform, enforce these Terms, maintain platform integrity, and comply with law, and to retain feedback, posting, and closure records for the periods stated in the Privacy Policy. SoloTrueJobs.com does not sell User Content and does not share it with third parties for marketing. SoloTrueJobs.com may publish aggregated, anonymized statistics that identify no User.

C. Candidate Data

Information about Job Seekers that You access through the platform is disclosed to You for the sole purpose of evaluating and communicating with the candidate about a specific role. You shall not aggregate, export in bulk, resell, repurpose, or retain it beyond that purpose, shall not use it to train any artificial intelligence system, and shall delete it when the purpose ends or on the Job Seeker's request, except as applicable law requires You to retain it. Part IX.B(d) applies.

XXII. NO ASSURANCE OF OUTCOMES, SCOPE OF VERIFICATION, AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Three protections, in plain words. We do not assure outcomes. Verification confirms identity and credentials, never criminal history, and is not a safety endorsement. Our liability is capped as the Master Terms say.

A. Scope of Verification

SoloTrueJobs.com verification confirms identity (government issued identification, selfie, and liveness check, performed by our designated identity verification partner) and credentials (work history, education, and professional licenses, performed by our designated credential verification partner, to the extent included in the Package). SoloTrueJobs.com never requests, obtains, or reviews criminal history searches of any kind. Verification is not an investigation of character or history, is not an endorsement of any person's safety, character, or suitability, and is not a substitute for any screening an employer is required or chooses to perform. Hiring decisions, and any criminal or other screening associated with them, remain exclusively between the hiring company and the candidate. Verification reflects the records available to our partners on the date of verification; SoloTrueJobs.com does not assure that any verified item is or remains accurate or that any verified User will behave honestly.

RULE: No criminal history searches, ever. Verification is not a safety endorsement. Screening beyond identity and credentials is yours to perform, lawfully, outside the platform.

B. No Assurance of Outcomes

SoloTrueJobs.com does not assure that any role will receive applications, that any candidate will respond, that any candidate pool will be of any size or quality beyond verification, that any role will be filled, or any return on Your subscription. Claims we make describe how the platform works, not results.

C. Limitation of Liability

The disclaimers and limitation of liability in the Master Terms apply to these Terms. In summary, the platform is provided as is; SoloTrueJobs.com is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages or for lost profits, lost placements, or lost business; and its total liability is capped at the fees You paid in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits a refund expressly provided in the Agreement or liability that cannot be limited by law.

XXIII. [RESERVED]

XXIV. MODIFICATIONS, CONTACT, AND GOVERNING LAW

A. Modifications

SoloTrueJobs.com may modify these Terms from time to time. Material modifications (those that meaningfully alter Your rights, obligations, or pricing) are communicated by email and by prominent in platform notice at least thirty (30) days before they take effect; a price change takes effect at Your next renewal and never mid term for an annual plan. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance; if You do not accept, Your remedy is to cancel before the effective date, and for an annual plan rejected for that reason the unused portion is refunded pro rata. Non material modifications may be made without advance notice. Every version carries a version number and effective date, and every released version is retained.

B. Contact

Contact SoloTrueJobs.com through the Contact Us form on the platform or at support@solotruejobs.com. Legal notices: legal@solotruejobs.com, or by mail to SoloTrueJobs.com LLC, c/o Registered Agents Inc., 7901 4th St N, STE 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702.

C. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes are resolved under the dispute resolution provisions of the Master Terms, including the agreement to arbitrate (under the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules for Agencies and Solo Recruiters acting as businesses), the small claims carve out, the thirty (30) day opt out, and the consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Duval County, Florida for matters not subject to arbitration. Venue for any matter not subject to arbitration lies exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Duval County, Florida, and You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT

These Terms are binding. We hold ourselves to them too. Strictness is real. Posting parties who ghost candidates are closed. Users who try to game billing are closed. And we hold ourselves to the same standard: in good faith, with active fairness, resolving genuine doubt in your favor. That is the deal.
